4 shots to kill a Z? [solved]

Why does it take 4 shots to the body with a g17 to kill a Z?

I ask that because a revolver or a 1911 kill a Z with only 1 shot to the body by doing 9 damage. So logicaly a g17 which does 5 damage should kill a Z with 2 shots, but it actually takes 4 shots to kill a Z.

This makes no sense to me.

Weapon dmg is count this way.....

AKM = 9 DMG

So.......9^ (9 x 9) = 81

And now You ALWAYS multiple scoore by 55.55 and You have gun dmg.

Few examples now...

For AKM/M1911/Revolver it look like that:

(9 x 9) x 55.55= 4499.55 dmg/per hit

For Lee enfield it look like that:

(15 x15) x 55.55 = 12498 dmg/per hit

For Mp5/Mp5SD/Bison/M9/PDW/G17 it look like that:

(5x5) x 55.55 = 1388 dmg/per hit

CZ550/DMR/FN FAL/M14 AIM

(12 x12) x 55.55 = 7999 dmg/per hit

AK74/AKS - 74 Kobra/M4A1

(8 x 8) x 55.55 = 3555 dmg/per hit

Headshot = always one hit

So i think a Z has about 4000 blood. That would explain why you need 2 hits with a 8 damage weapon.

Well, actually it takes 3 shots to kill a Z with G17. That's at least from personal experience.

However I think the G17 should only take 2 body shots to be honest

Well, sorry if i am wrong with the 4 shots. But it has been a while since i picked up a g17.

Because its quiet hard for me to hit the head of a fast walking Z with that weapon. ;)

So i would waste more bullets if i would try to hit the head...

How on earth do you headshot a zig-zagging zed?

I shot it with AKM from 200 metres or 10 metres,it's quite easy whne you get on it.Also,rather run into clsoed space where they will walk and you can just score headshots!

And yea,G17 sometimes shots 4 bullets in zed body to drop it down,which is quite irritating but alas,as I said,I keep headshoting.

I'd rather use a makarov than g17, m9 or m9sd.

Find yourself an M19 or revolver. They spawn in any residential so pretty easy to find. I once put about 6-7 rounds from a g17 into a player at point blank. He turned around with an AK and shot the shit out of me.
