FrostDMG 398 Posted July 20, 2012 There really needs to be a "help me build a pc for the first time" forum section.OT, the PC looks fine, except for the GPU which in my eyes needs to go.I'd recommend something like this if you're on a budget. I got that card when it came out and it's still a darn good one. Note how cheap it is now

Note how cheap it is nowBy now I've probably posted over 10-15 PC building, buying related topics, so yeah we definitely need a section like that.As for the graphics card,I have no idea how to install one, I am really hoping to just buy a pre-built one and plug it in and take off.Got any recommendations for a pre-built? $600-650Edit:I am sad, I do not like in the UK or Ireland, *sigh* time to look for a PC of that caliber at such a good price. simjedi 43 Posted July 20, 2012 IMO stick with Intel. Here is one that's not too bad. Just like the other one it will need a new video card though.NEWEGG

Thingyy 5 Posted July 20, 2012 Don't buy any prebuilt computers nowadays. I think you should look a bit more into it and build yourself one or you order a custom one. Stick with Intel they're a bit more future-proof.
Thingyy 5 Posted July 20, 2012 I think I'll go with this one, thanks! That GPU has to go but the system looks great. Buy a 6950 instead. They are in the same price range.
