The naming scheme requires them to do so. Not everyone follows it though (they really should). The tags are explained here:

Most servers write their timezone, which can help you guess if it's day or night.

Some server have it reversed, though (e.g it's night on the server when it's day in their timezone).

Use "DayZ Commander" ... it shows what time it is on the server.
