Can you loot ghille suits off of dead players?

No, the only means of acquiring any clothing for your character is through a 1 single slot, package appearing item with the name of the camo type on it. Right clicking this will switch out your clothing.

You must somehow make the player remove the suit by changing into civilian clothing in order to take it. I recommend a candlelight dinner and some smooth jazz, with the promise of waffles for breakfast ;)

The only way to do this would be to have them strip for you, now see in this game most people would rather shoot you than entertain you with the sway of their hips.

In the end, the best and probably only way to score yourself a camo suit is to loot it. [Whether that be from another player's stash or from a random spot.]
