I've seen a lot of people dissing the SVD, for various reasons, but number one was it's lack of zeroing. Please watch this video.

As you can see, you STILL have to do lots of corrections with a mill-dot scope (m24, m107), and working with the SVD is much, much, much quicker IF you get used to it.

I'll say the SVD is like ArmA II itself, a massive learning curve, but probably one of the best in it's class.

I've never seen anyone diss the SVD, it's widely regarded as having the best scope in the game.

only downside of the svd is the lack of magnification on the scope, that and ammo isnt all that easy to find unfortunatley
