There really needs to be more bikes in the game, bikes are pretty common but they seem to be pretty rare in the Day Z world, only found one and never seen anyone else riding one, but they are very usefull if you dont want to walk for hours.

I agree. They need to be nerfed thou. Go outside and try to cycle 60km/h with a full backpack and a rifle.
