Surrendering

It has come to my knowledge that there is already a surrender animation in Arma2. I think it would be cool if surrendering in DayZ would also open the "gear" looting option on the surrendered target, as if he was dead. This would make hold-ups way more fun and give the bandits the same amount of loot that a kill would give, and thereby giving us bandits the option to spare the lives of other survivors :D. And with the surrender animation already in the game, it can't be that hard to implement.

The surrender animation is there but it doesn't stick very well. After half a second of putting up your hands you lower them again.

I ususally drop every weapon from my hands and shout "Dont shoot" in English and "не стреляй" (nie strilyay) in Russian to ingame Voice chat and tap it in chat in two languages...

Of course if I have time until they kill me. I hope one day someone will not shoot me. :D
