Ghillie suits will devour your soul as of the latest patch (despite what the wiki and patch notes say, they are STILL bugged afaik).

But if someone thinks they can hold onto them long enough for them to be fixed, knock ya self out.

Sorry, I poorly typed my thoughts: I meant to say that if the OP doesn't mind holding onto the suits until they're fixed, then he can go ahead, but that I would otherwise skip it for now.
