So I did today's battleye update, and the beta update... And I Lost My Character...

Recommended Posts

I joined my usual server, and to my suprise I was spawned at the shore, on day zero...

I had a character that I was working real hard on, and It seems I lost it when I spawned in after doing the update.

I'm beyond saddened right now, so many days of hard work and dedication gone.

Any ideas? Is the hive fucked up? Is my character gone for good? I quit instantly and tried joining a few more servers, and all that is happening is that my character keeps recreating. I instantly quit out when it says "waiting to create character"

Please help.

Just for future reference;

It's an Alpha, everything you have is up to be deleted without a whim.

If you have ever been in any closed/open betas/alphas, you're probably familiar of the fact that there are regular wipes.

So, expect to lose everything over and over without a warning or reason, until the full release.

There is a difference between an intentional alpha testing deletion and a glitch that caused it. All possibilities need to be looked at, finding a possible glitch could help everyone.

While I do agree with that, I still stand by my original post.

Have some beans, though.
