But now that I am back the nearest server has to high ping to play on. 390pingAnd I can't even update my Six Launcher because it says"Unexpected exception during UpdateHost list is exhausted"This is after it gets stuck on trying to ' Verifying beta: 0% ' for like 5 minutes.I paid 30 dollars for this. I always use the manual updating of files, jeez, it's copy and pasting, and editing a .bat file to add ";@dayz" to the end of a section. However, maybe you could try using a local private VPN that has a quick connection, ~1GBIT to the outside lands, that will speed up the process of everything if you have a low ping to that, and that has a low ping to the servers. It's just relaying.How do I manually update? To update the Beta, it gave me a link. But once I got there I needed a password and username to download the latest version. If installer gets stuck at 100% and "appears" to be still transfering, dont worry, its done.There is another section on the froums here (maybe under new players or something) with many posts on how to update and install.
