Support Tickets not being answered?

Why is it taking so long for our support tickets to be answered? Currently our server is not running and it is taking forever to get a response from the staff in the ticket system. We had one ticket open for over a week with no response. Our newest ticket has been open for 3 days.

What is the hold up on answering support tickets?????

Whos your server provider? Mine is HFB and they dont respond to theirs either.

I'm talking about the support tickets to the DayZ staff, not our server provider.

I haven't had a response from them for the past couple of days either (DayZ Support Team).

I had 8 ban requests in with proof and a week later still nothing. They don't care about support. They just want to get the game on a better platform.

Go with vilayer. Their staff is as knowledgable as the dayZ staff and actually respond
