Questionable Experience

Was on US267.

Just set up 5 Tents, all with a decent amount of space between them, all on flat land I have placed tents on before, in other servers.

Began organizing gear into the tents, when my partner asks why one of the tents was suddenly flat.

We have no vehicle, and neither of us shot at, or hit the tent to cause it to flatten.

I go to look, we're both standing there, and then another one mysteriously falls flat. No gunshots, nothing.

Moments later, a LMG sounds and both of us die instantly.

Now, normally I'd think, okay, we got found, we died, GG. Move on.

But, the had tents flattened mysteriously, with no help, and the server went down from about 30 people to 11, not a few minutes before.

Not to mention the insanely dense fog, almost like smoke was engulfing the server.

Hacker, or REALLY bad luck?

There has been some serious DESYNC issues with this latest update. I am an administrator on US267 and we have been seeing vehicles just disappear mysteriously. It is possible that someone was shooting at you with no sound, this has been the case several times over the past few days as I've been firing an M107 and my partner could not hear a sound. I would recheck your tents today as it's possible they are still there due to the desync issues.

If any hacking is suspected on US267 please email us at [email protected] and file a report so we can investigate, however, please ensure that you include usernames so we can scan the log.

The thing about the situation is the fact that the server wasn't redchained at all. The entire population had dropped by half, and there was a fog covering the server that none of us had ever seen, in over a month of playing. The tents don't flatten by just shooting at it for a moment, you have to properly unload to get one to go down. I've tried. Hatchets and cars knock them down fast. They went down quietly and smoothly, then we both died in a split second. I call hacks, but we couldn't see or hear anyone until we both died.
