iongaming33@aim.com 137 Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) Okay so my group has had some ghille suits stored for a while and I decided to do some field tests to see exactly how they work in the current patch, this is what I found.I'm not sure if they even spawn in this patch but if you find one in someone's camp, read carefully. Ghille suits are usable, just follow my instructions.So I found that when you log off wearing a ghille suit, you will be rolled back to the EXACT point where you put it on. Your inventory will be the same, even your stats. The solution I found was to keep your civ clothing that you get when you put a ghille suit on. Then, before you log off, put on your civ clothing, and you can log back in right where you left off. Guest Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) It's actually because the property (or whatever, I don't know how it's coded.) of the gillie suit only sinks syncs (LOL) to the hive server every 15 minutes or so. spuddels 12 Posted July 18, 2012 had a weird moment with one i put on yesterday, found it in a camp. When i logged on today it said i had died but was still in the same place, had a broken bone yet i could still walk/run, also when checking my gear EVERYTHING was gone, but logged out and back in and everything was back to normal Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

After logging out and back in 30 minutes later, I was in the same spot, with all my gear and stats...just that I was wearing Civ clothes instead of my ghillie.Found another one yesterday, put it on and everything was fine. Can access gear and and cars (just had to wait a few seconds directly after putting it on) just fine, no problem. Also survived one relog after a short internet-outage on my part.
