First Murder - Sorry if this was You....

So im a pretty new dayz player... after being a friendly survivor for awhile and really getting into the game i found myself in a new situation/sensation .. so i head to electro for food supplys ect. i head to the firestation but i notice a good amount of zombies at the big doors and around i stop and slowly move closer and i notice i see a player through the window. i get near the building seeing him fend off the last few zombies with nothing more then a hatchet. i rush into the building and point my akm at him he stops and talks to me "Friendly! Friendly!"

normaly i lower my gun and smile and agree to being friendly and work with others...however...

a diffrent feeling started to come over me and instead a wide grin comes across my face.. all i state is.."Friendly?..." and i light him up like a x mas tree with my akm. what an odd feeling i couldnt stop smiling. i took his hatchet , food, even had a grenade. happy i left electro and went on surviving.

This game is a whole new experince i love it!

Yea had a guy say this to me the other day then tried to kill me 3 mins later.

Shoot first - Ask questions if their still alive after.

If you were a guy running with an axe, supplying a "friendly" with an AKM mag, that might as well have been me. <3

I still remember my first murder...

I was new and hurt from two unsuccessful raids on towns...

My blood was low, vision was blurred and having difficulty breathing...

My stomach was growling, I haven't eaten in hours...

Then I see movement, another survior...

I call out, but no response...

I yell louder, "Help I'm staring, help please!"

He keeps running...

Before I knew what I was doing I rise my rifle...

...

...

*BANG*

...

...

The man falls...

As I approach him, I hear myself utter a faint, apology...

I reach into his bag...

Take his beans...

And continue to survive...

Why did you shoot me? I was friendly after all.

im not sure... i normaly befriend people but lately i guess i was just sick of how many times ive been backstabed for trying to be friendly a hatchet is a one shot kill i guess somewhere in my mind i didnt wannt take the chance. so i fired. lately in dayz the only people i trust are my good friends. so i hope not too hard of feelings. its not that im a bandit out to screw people over. i just didnt want to trust you. im sure if we became friends on steam or something youd be a great teamate. but after having serveal bad life runs then starting to have a good one.. couldnt take the chance
