It would be fun to insert digestive system into the game, with pooh, piss, and stomach deases when eating stale meat.

oh and yes add a bit of Spice to the game like starting a family and even have birthcontrol

only if manual breathing is added to the game. you would have to press 1 to breathe in and 2 to breathe out. and you need to increase it when running.

would add great realismz

Hello there,

If OP *is* serious, and from a survivalists/tracking/hygene POV I can see their point.

But, as other posters have sarcastically pointed out, it may add too much micro management to the game and would most likely interrupt the flow. (no pun intended)
