Item respawn times - 5 minutes if you have removed all the items from the immediate area.

Body times - 40 minutes I'm pretty sure,

car - you can press shift and it will give you a boost.

tents - not sure about it sorry.

Can I wait at a deer stand after it has been looted and have loot respawn while I am in it?

What is the best way to loot buildings when zombies are crawling all over? I have to practically zig-zag on my belly to avoid them, and I still aggro them...

Better to start off playing on a low pop server to acquire gear? Or one that is practically full(hopes of finding lots of dead people)
