Updated Server to 95054 now BE kicks most players

Hi all,

I updated my server to beta 95054 now BattlEYE is kicking the majority of players for "Failed to Update". I can't find any threads or information about this. My buddies server is doing the same.

I tried to manually update BE to the latest by downloading from their website but it has had no effect on the problem. Can anyone help?

manually update your BE! If your clients are not able to place a single *.dll file in one folder so be it ...

There are 2 places to update your BattlEye

1. In your Explorer/Computer address bar type %localappdata%\Arma 2 OA\BattlEye

2. In your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead directory

%Path2Arma2OA.EXE%\Expansion\BattlEye

Clients need to Download and overwrite the BEClient.dll in both locations.

Yup, I updated as well and everyone is kicked and the server has been crashing a ton and it hasn't crashed in a while. I've updated my Battleye files on my home computer and on my server as well.

I updated to the latest ArmaII beta patch and it fixed my problems.

No issues with 95054 here. Just had to update the BE on the server.

yeah not working here either, the last beta patch didnt work anyway i was on one before that, seems i can only join 1 or 2 servers a day IF im lucky. cant wait till they at least fix this stuff so everyone can at least just get in.

Why do you have to put it in appdata? Is this a steam thing or mandatory for everyone?

I play fine on updated servers with only putting the two .dll files in the expansion\battleye but my game isn't back-compatible, even to 94997 which is the version this was introduced.
