FooFlyer 0 Posted July 17, 2012 Very noob question for you. I have an iMac that meets or exceeds all other hardware requirements to play Arma/DayZ, but it looks like my video card may be too out of date. Will it work anyways, but just at a low res? Before I load Windows onto this computer and buy the game for $30, I'd like to know that it'll work. Thanks in advance for your help! peke_kantsi@hotmail.com 36 Posted July 17, 2012 Your'e gonna have some serious lagging with that GPU. I have Ati Radeon 5770 and I-5 2500k and I get around 30-70 fps with normal settings.
Madfast 22 Posted July 17, 2012 Maybe, but only on the very lowest graphic settings , and your frame rate may not be great. It only just meets the requirements, and Arma is a very demanding game. I would suggest downloading Arma 2 free, and testing how you perform on that before parting with any cash.
