reuben5150 83 Posted July 24, 2012 This gun is OP in DayZ. Its OP in regular ARMA when playing against other players in warfare or other PvP modes. It has no place in DayZ.And all the idiots saying the gun is inaccurate and has terrible power have probably never used it properly. Out to 300m this gun is spot on, its not a sniper or battle rifle so quit taking 500+ meter shots. It is pretty much the M16 ACOG but thermal zoom. It needs to be removed, it takes away the whole point of stealth and paying attention to your surrondings. All you have to do is right click and sweep an area and you know where any players are. Not fun.Exactly, get to know the weapon and you soon realise why the scope needs to go, acog version would be much better. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'll freaking suicide on these guys until I get a lucky kill, then loot and scoot before they mount my head on their truck.Duplication has been happening a lot, most cases i suspect intentional since its pretty easy to do, i've done it myself by accident, this and the fact that hackers can spawn in whatever loot they like in any numbers means there is an overabundance of hi-end gear on the server, and it won't be just ours.It was only a matter of time before this happened. And no kidding, everyone has AS50 and m107 with this weapon. I guess duplicating isn't really hard? I've been using this rifle sometime now, just to kill zombies and scouting. Thermal is awesome from long range, in thick forests it's kinda useless. But that doesn't matter. It just doesn't fit in the game and in the atmosphere.
