Ability to make sawed off double barrel, and empty both barrels

Of course we all want to see MORE guns in the game but my idea is a modification to an existing weapon.

I would like to see a vice in a factory, where I could hold a double barrel shotgun, while I saw off the barrels with a hacksaw, and this weapon should then be able to be holstered as a side arm as well as primary weapon.

Also I believe it would be good to add the ability to empty both barrels of the shotgun whether sawed off or otherwise for maximum damage.

And then of course there's this 4 barrel beauty from Phantasm 3....
