BattleEye initialization failed?

just got 94997 and whenever i try to get into a server it sais this... last patch it was host waiting wtf is going on, i braught arma just for the mod and i cant do a thing.

i have downloaded the lastest file for it

my buddie struggled with this last night for about 2 hrs before he got it to work... the steps he took were as follows:

-fully un-install battle eye client

-reinstall battle eye

-open steam, right click arma 2 OA, reinstall battle eye - without this last step is wouldnt seem to work...

If you have downloaded the Client and Server files from here...

you need to copy both the files in to each of the following folders:

\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\BattlEye

\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\Expansion\BattlEye

Both folders need both files.

Make sure you make a backup copy of the existing files first so you can revert if needed.
