Yes you read correctly! Just a funny little suggestion.

I was playing with my friends last night, going back to meet one of them and he was hiding in a dead cow, we made some Star Wars jokes of course.

But we thought it would be a pretty funny (yet useful) mechanic, that if your body temp is getting really low you could kill a cow and either have an option to cut it open and rest in it or just prone on the dead body. Increasing a curtain amount of your core temperature over a period.
