Rebind mouse wheel

Only just got the game running, so I may be missing something pretty fundamental here. but my mouse wheel doesnt seem to be bound, and I cant find where to bind it?

My understanding is that the wheel should open up the menu on the left of the screen, but my mouse wheel doesnt seem to be bound, and I cant find where to bind it in the ARMA options menu?

If Im wrong and wheel isnt actually bound to this menu, what is? Ive seen lots of video's of people who have the menu, but I just dont seem to be able to bring it up?

Any help would be appreciated.

Options -> Controls it should be bound, otherwise just click on default. :D

The action you are searching for is called "Use default action"
