I see other people with military camouflage, etc. is there anyway I can change my guy's appearance?

You find it. It's loot (although a somewhat rare one).

They are articles of clothing within the game. They are found inside loot piles. They have a pretty small chance of spawning however. The ones I have come across are the Ghilie Suit and Camouflage Clothing. Both are pretty rare! Gimmie some beans if that helps! Im getting hungry out here!
