Password protected Server in Hive

I often see Passwordprotected Servers in Hive. For the users of this Servers it would be easy to Gear up and get a save Base and then join other Servers to Grief. So i think it can not be legal.

I taken an eye on one Server: "DayZ - De 294 clan server". It is pw protected for the last 2 DayZ with 5-10 ten Player on it every time i look.

If it's connected to the hive then having a password on it isn't permitted and is enough for it server to be blacklisted and blocked from accessing the hive.
