ArmA Combined Operations Not Launching

Hello,

When I right-click on ArmA OA and select launch Combined Operations a dialogue box appears with a black background with white writing very briefly, too fast to see what it says and disappears, and never launches ArmA CO.

I am running the steam version.

started steam as administrator?

try verifying game cache and defragment cache files

I've ran steam and played the games individually as administrator, this propblem only happens when I try to launch Combined Operations. I haven't installed the DayZ files yet. I will try the defragmenting.

I'm having this problem right now, no idea what I'm supposed to do. Me and my mate spent an hour trying to fix this yesterday :/

Just a FYI, this prob is still around, a fix for it would be helpful!
