Day Z in a perfect world.

I was thinking about putting this in suggestions but the limitations on the Arma engine may make most of these things impossible. Nontheless, I think it would be fun to cobble together elements from other games to make a perfect hypothetical Day Z.

Not to be contrarian but the blood effects in that second video are pretty awful. It looks more like red vegetable oil on glass than blood on stone.

I also can't assemble a car with my bare hands. That doesn't mean I can't point out the difference between a BMW and a Geo Storm.

Graphics liek cry engine games

Fluidity like... again i think crysis 2 had good game-play that felt pretty good( same with crysis 1) but TBH i think any game has more fluidity movement and controls than arma :)

Zombies like... i think dead island would be the best bet, they are pretty good, single slow zombies are quite easy but when you have like 5 or after you it gets rough, infected are pretty crazy too.

No way on the fluidity. You're supposed to be the furthest thing from a Nanosuited supersoldier in Day Z. The mechanics are meant to be as awkward as they are because you're meant to be a survivalist, not a marksman.
