Disabled while swimming

Recommended Posts

Swam out a ways, alt tabbed and was talking to someone on skype. When I tabbed back in I was getting attacked by two zombies who where standing above water hitting me. I was at 8k hp, and bleeding out. By the time I reached the coast I had 300 blood left and died before being able to bandage myself.

If I can't bandage myself or use my weapons to fight off zombies while swimming, they shouldn't be able to attack me either. How does the act of death, grant them jesus water walking -.-!

yeah, know its a bug, but they can add in the ability for players to use inventory or defend ourselves. Or fix the zombies. So it fits in both I suppose.

Using guns underwater will make them unusable, most of the times you can't even take one shot.

In real life, that is.

So just fix zombies.

Zombies were never meant to be in Arma 2, so there are going to be issues, please be patient. Shouldn't this be in the bug reporting section as it sounds more like one of them.

You can shoot guns in water.

Some. But at the same time, some will stop working. Same with rolling around in the dirt will make your gun jam.

When it's fixed the zombies should walk around on the bottom, or if they're bloated zombies they should float and try to attack you. After all, zombies don't use their lungs so wouldn't they still be capable of fighting and just sink?
