Hello guys,

I'll buy a new PC soon. Will DayZ run on:

- CPU: Intel i7-2600k

- RAM: 8gb

- GPU: Radeon HD7870

- OS: Win7

Will it run on high graphics?

Im not sure anymore these days where the ATI card numbers compare with the nVidia card numbers, but if its a newer card it should have no problems.

might aswel get an Nvidea card :D i run on a GTX560ti and its all on high/vhigh 40-50fps

I have the same gpu and I have an i5 2500k and it runs fine.

indeed get a Nvidia card i got a GTX 460 and its running fine on high only problem i have are my 2GB ram xD

Nvidia and ATI's both have there problem's. I favour ATI's though..

But that card should run the game nicely!

So yes, your set up should do it.

and if you wanna save a bit of cash you do not neccisarily need an i7 processor there is very little difference between i7 and i5

OFC it will run on high but you will have to give up some fps...

Athalon X2 3.1 dual core

4 gb ram

I'm getting choppy frame rate in city's can anybody tell me how to make it better.
