Blood transfusion - how exactly does it work

Recommended Posts

Hey,

I am in a prettey bad condition, and somehow need to recieve a blood transfusion, I have the blood, but i need a player for the transfusion, i thought about going to the woods between Kamenka/Komorovo and look out for some new spawned unarmed players, and ask them for the transfusion, but how do i give them the blood ?

Cheers

The player with the blood bag aims at the player that needs the transfusion, scrolls his mouse and clicks "Give Blood Transfusion". Blood bag disappears and you're refilled with blood.

It's a pretty easy system. Just give them the bag of blood. The easiest way to do this would be to open their bag and then placing in there to avoid any glitches by dropping the bag on the ground (and make sure they have room in said bag). Next tell them to get the bag into their "main" inventory, and just scroll wheel to apply transfusion.

Drop it on the floor for them. Press G to go into your gear, find the blood and click it, then click drop in the bottom right corner of the window.

Then have them mouse over you and scroll down on their mouse and it should say "Give Blood Transfusion"

There'll be an animation similar to bandaging, and you're done.

Though do make note that nothing stops a stranger from taking your blood bag and running away.. Or just shooting you and then taking it.

Thats why i am going to the starting locations where people are not armed yet :)

Also i am prettey well armed so just running away wont work, at least too far ...
