1. Install ARMA II & Arrowhead

2.run both games once

3.Use six updater/manual installation

4. Patch both ARMA II, & Arrowhead

I never had to run the games to get DayZ to run.

i think you only have to run arma and then AO if your running it from steam so your cdkeys become active

Yes, it's fine. Sort of.

You have to run ArmA 2 at least once before starting OA up.

You don't need to patch both ArmA 2 and OA, just OA.

Make sure to overwrite the beta .exe with the original .exe if you want to run through steam.
