RipeCoconut 0 Posted July 15, 2012 Hello fellow Dayz members.I am a new player and I got infected from a zombie. I met up with an experienced player who recently died and we got some really good gear together (super nice guy). I don't want to kill myself because I am fairly well equipped. I heard antidotes are very rare in this game and since I hardly know where hospitals are, I doubt I will ever get an antidote running around with 6k blood. I was thinking I might be able to store my loot somewhere and then kill myself to get rid of the infection. Is this possible? Thanks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Caviano 287 Posted July 15, 2012 where can i find a tent?Military spawns and residential spawns.Either way, you need to google "dayz map" click the first link, and start planning your travels using this map. We Can Help."Post a request there and be sure to list your general location along with the specific request for Antibiotics. Over-exposure to cold can also do you in.You can get it from other people who already have it.I've seen 1 antibiotics while I've been playing, and gotten infected one time. Both are very rare, and the chance of finding antibiotics when you're infected...Slim to none.Best bet is the tent or if you find a vehicle, even if they're broken, you can store stuff in them. What does the Infection do? do you get superpowers?Infected as in sick with the flu. You can get infected from zombie hits (extremely rare) or exposure (temp <32). Will slowly decrease your health to 6000 until cured by antibiotics and makes you very audible to other players by means of coughing and sneezing. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
