BattlEye kicking me (BattlEye failed to update / not responding)

Running DayZ release 1.7.2.3 / 94876

Played for 6 or 7 hours last night with no issues whatsoever. Logged into the same server this afternoon but I'm either getting a BattlEye kick from lobby or occasionaly, shortly after loading into the game. The message varies between kicked for battleye either not responding or failed to update.

I have manually updated my BattlEye Client (as suggested in their FAQ) to V1.1 - V1.60 (v1.61.94945+ was also available but seemed to indicate being for a higher version beta pacth than I am currently running).

At this point I'm not sure what else to try, any suggestions would be appreciated. Could this be a server side issue by any chance?

i had the same problem. so i quit arma and reinstalled battle eye (via steam right click on Arma 2: OA and click on "reinstall battle eye).

Without steam it should also be pretty easy do reinstall battleeye manually (or update manually)

I have tried replacing the be client still didn't work I am getting really frusrtrated can you help me please it worked fine when I first got day z that lasted for 1 day please help
