debug monitor covering inventory

i"m not quite sure why but i hit default settings for video and now the debug monitor is covering my inventorys whole left side (drink/food area) and ive tried changing its size but all it seems to do ismess the whole hud up and cause more issues the resolution doesnt help it either im also having an issue where now all the buttons are overlaying right before i join a server

Increase your 3D resolution and Interface Size (and make sure they match).

Basically, if your interface resolution is 1440x900, then choose "100%" at the 3D resolution.

the problem is they do match and doesnt help at all

Try increasing the resolutions, then. Try 1440x900.

Maybe the small resolution makes it overlap.
