My screen is messed up?

My screen since I logged is messed up. I relogged and restarted, nothing works. Its been fine until now. My gun is stuck all the way at the left side of the screen, that's only if I press E. No I didn't accidentally switch to being a leftie, otherwise my gun wouldn't be in the right hand would it? Right, so If I don't press E its completely off the screen. And I walk in the direction my gun is pointing.

What is going on?

Are you sure your free-look isn't just bugged temporarily?

Press and/or hold ALT and move your mouse around.

I can freelook yeah, but when i let go of ALT (to make me go back to normal) it puts me back in the same position. Double tapping ALT does what it normally should do, but thats not the case either.
