Haha, i just remember running around him in circles with him cursing because he couldn't hit me... we were cracking up for the longest time. We weren't going to kill you,(why would we, one guy had a hatchet) but evo went hatchet crazy when he saw a gun pointed at us lol.. we were still amazed how we came out on top when only one guy had a hatchet, the one time fraps isn't on, lol.

On a side note, I really just wanted a ride.

Haha, some guy Dc'd climbing up the ladder, came back in a few minutes later and shot evo on the other building, as I was watching the ladder, he shoots me somehow from down the ladder, and says "how do you like that"? I pass out then he comes up the ladder to finish me off. ..... wut? oh wells.

Hey whats up, I just wanted to clear up what happened as I was the guy who asked you "how do you like that?" after you'd been calling me a "DC faggot" moments before =P. So here's the deal, I think you had me confused with some one else though:

I was to the nw of cherno, mostly west in the trees in the field sniping at you and your buddy on the other roof with a cz550 for like half an hour. I was the guy who had you guys sticking to the south/SE side of your roofs taking shots every once in a while. After about 20-30 mins of that (i think any ways, it was a while!) my friend logged on, he was the one Acebane mentions with the L85 and Night Vision. He joined me to the west in the trees where we took more shots at you and your buddy, around that time I managed to headshot your buddy on the other roof while he tried to binoc us. I'm fairly confident neither of you realized where we were, just the general direction. I'd hit your buddy once before too but he hadn't died.

At that point I got down to something like 3 or 4 cz ammo so I decided to run south into town to try to find more or get a better angle on you, since you were hugging the SE side of the building. I think around then either you, or some one else started shooting at me as I entered the red brick house close to the market. It sounded like it was some one closer, but it could have been you. Any ways they got me as I tried to ditch back out of town and back to the trees. Around the time all this was happening my friend with the L85 had decided to go into town himself, I think he was trying for the building your buddy was on and was killed by Acebane it seems. We both respawned close to cherno, I ran back with a winchestor, climbed the long ladder to the 2nd to last platform (with the tunnel) and looted the corpse I found there who had a Lee Enfield. It was at that time you started talking shit to me saying something to the effect of "I hear you DC faggot, come up" or something. I didn't respond because I wanted to keep you guessing a little at least. At that time I'm guessing you were trying to lean over the edge to see me or something, but in any case my friend had reached my original corpse and looted my cz550 and managed to kill you with the last bullet. I went up and asked you "how do you like that?" and shot you a few times to make sure you were dead. I told you my friend had sniped you, although I think I was accidently talking in group chat or something. Then another guy spawned in on the roof who I shot immediately, I looted your DMR and got killed soon after, apparently most likely by Acebane with the L85 looted from my buddy haha. From there it turned into a bit of a blood bath as people kept coming around and people kept dieing back and forth.

Any ways, I never DCed at all (I really hate people that do, and I don't care about dieing myself), you or some one else killed me and Acebane got my friend. I think you must have had me confused with some one else, I'm sure there were lots of people taking shots at you up there. No hard feelings on my side, and I hope none on yours either. From my point of view it was a pretty fun fight which lasted like 40 mins from the start of me taking pot shots at you guys. I think you stayed up there too long though haha.

Cool, good fight then, I coulda swore the shot came from you below the on the ladder... and the reason I was calling you the DC guy was cause evo was shooting a guy climbing my ladder that altF4'd on him.. then a few minutes later got shot from the same area, if it wasn't you then Gj...

But yeah, when I get up there with a rifle I never expect to come back down :P I kill until I get ferked.

Haha for sure, that place is a death trap but you can have a lot of fun.

I did shoot who I'm assuming was your friend on the other roof again once I reached that tunnel area I believe. Right after I had killed you I killed another guy who spawned in on the roof, kinda around the corner of that thing. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the DC guy trying to ghost his way up to you or something, which is super lame if so.

cherno was definitely a zoo last night though.

Hey guys, Bororm's friend here who had the L85 and NVG. Damn, what a fun night in Cherno. I couldn't figure out who had killed me near the base of that wall, nice shot. I was being a little too cocky at that point with running around town and shooting zombies as I went. Hope you enjoyed the L85! Anyway, after Bororm and I managed to respawn near cherno I grabbed a CZ550 off his corpse, though I had no idea it was his. Only two bullets, so I had to make these shots count. Waiting until I could get a clear shot of whoever was on the roof with the sign (evo?), missed my first shot and then NAILED the second one. I got real lucky with that, but damn is it satisfying to make that last bullet count haha. I charged in after that figuring I was safe for a bit and went up to loot the already massive pile of corpses on top of that building. Retrieved a DMR and as I turned the corner there was suddenly a guy standing there prone with a Enfield. It could be the guy you all are talking about, who managed to ghost his way to the top. There is NO WAY he could have snuck up on me otherwise. I unloaded my makarov but I think the body he was hiding behind ate all the bullets. He shot once or twice and I was down for good. I really wish there was some way admins could deal with DC'ers, but I'm betting they won't implement it because it can be easily abused.

Respawning again nearby I worked my way to the top with a hatchet, picked up a shotgun but found the top of the building to be empty. Once I hit the top I grabbed an Enfield again, though this time there was no one up there. I heard someone on the ground saying "OH BOY!, OHHHH BOY!" while shooting someone (or me, wasn't sure). I ended up capping him from the top of the building after he killed Bororm again, I think. There was so much happening that night that it's hard to keep track. He must have managed to kill a guy in the mayhem of all this because there were two or three bodies laying in the street.

Anyway, later on I was on top of the building with the cylinders and saw a guy climbing the large ladder to the "letters" tower. I shot him 3-4 times, which SHOULD have killed him, and watched him DC. I don't know if he came back ever, but I didn't get a kill for it. Soon after I saw a guy south, laying prone on the ground in the middle of the road. At first glace I thought he was a corpse but I fired a few rounds at him just to be safe. Sure enough, he died.

I think I ended up killing EVO 3-4 times that night? Wasn't on purpose, you just happened to be at the wrong place at the right time :P. I'm with Bororm when I say I hate people who alt+f4 and have NEVER done it myself. Dying is a part of the game and clearly I died more than a few times that night. I'll take the cheating accusations as a compliment though, haha.

Good fun overall, skirmishes like that are what make DayZ a good time. Especially against some competent players.

edit: Oh and that was me who killed whoever it was on the cylinder roof with an AKM. You had a G7 and AKM on you but only shot with the glock. We both went down, but I managed to regain consciousness and bandage myself while you died. I think this was the second time I killed Evo.

Haha, that was me screaming OHHH BOYYYY... haha it was pretty funny, i came out on top of whoever i was shooting then you shot me from above, i got one shot off right before you nailed me, obv i didnt hit you :P....

And I went up there a little after everyone died, good thing you guys got me because the ghoster would have, and i checked all the bodies.. it was you guys and AOT Michael and AOT Jimbob, guys who me and evo have on fraps DCing and ghosting over 9000 times. Those two are a complete joke... It doesn't surprise me that their bodies were up there when they never climbed the ladder on this server to get up there.

oh, and i was the original guy with the DMR up there, was at kill 10+ before you nailed me heh

It is unfortunate that admins dont have the right to ban people for dcing to avoid death, according to DayZ staff Ander.

Rofl, some invincible guy just shot me in stary store, hit him with at least half of my m4 clip... guy didn't loot me or anything, I was fully loaded with as50, m4, rangefinder yada yada, he instantly ran out of the store and my friend got a clear shot with his as50 in the chest, the guy just ran around like nothing happened so he logged.. QQ Happened 2 mins before this post.

Some weird stuff going on in Elektro tonight. Heard people all around the hospital, went on the roof and didn't see anyone. Then what seemed to be an invisible guy with a machine gun kept shooting. Then I saw a ghillie suit guy on the roof with me, when I went to shoot him he disappeared (may have just logged on saw me and dced i guess but i'm not so sure). then at one point saw tracers firing into the city from an elevated position on the coast? unless it was a helicopter i don't see how anyone could have been that high, and didn't see/hear any helicopters.

some other strange encounters too, but i dunno, it is night time haha. seems like an aweful lot of ghillie suit/machine gun wielding dudes running around though.

well before the elektro shennanigans (i ended up in elektro on a respawn) I had gone into cherno with my nightvision and an m14 and nothing else (even left my backpack). heard some explosions and gunshots and went to check it out. came around a corner and saw a ghillie suit guy staring at a wall and shot him in the head, as his friend ran up alongside him who I didn't see till i started shooting or i woulda shot him first haha, and we exchanged shots. pretty sure i pegged him a few times, he dropped me fast though. first guy that died was named Big Boy, and in the chat while dead he said "fuck this!" and then left the server. not sure who the other guy was, didn't seem to actually get a kill on him. any ways after the elektro stuff above i went back over there to see if my corpse was still there. it was gone but both their corpses were there, i guess the second guy may have died from me after all or just suicided when his buddy left.

Both of these guys were hackers. they both had weapons that i am preeeetty sure are not in the game, unless i'm wrong. one had two m4a4 acog GL's, which seemed to have camo patterns too. the other had some sort of silenced m4 that i don't think was the m4a1 camo SD, along with some silenced ammo that didn't look like any silenced ammo i've seen. they also both had NV, range finders, coyote packs and the works. i took the nightvision and basic tools off one of them because that is what i had lost myself and my body was gone. didn't touch the rangefinder or any of the gear i didn't have myself, including their packs. hid the bodies so no one else would take their cheat code guns. I guess maybe those weapons have been added and these guys were just geared to the teeth and looking for trouble, but i'm not so sure.
