fearz0r 128 Posted July 14, 2012 Ok, so three days ago I managed to find some pretty sweet gear. I left my character until the weekend when I could play properly. Then the new patch was released and I lost that character. I started a new one last night and played for about 9 hours, restoring my character's gear (and then some). I logged off and went to bed. This morning I logged back on and carried on. Then just now I logged on again to play with a mate and I find I'm playing with my character from 3 days ago!!What's going on? krtshv 362 Posted July 14, 2012 Files got corrupted, server bug which deleted your gear or you were simply in a non-hive server (either last time or the time you logged in).Always make sure there's @hive at the server you're logging into, only servers with @hive are official. Nightice 4 Posted July 14, 2012 this happened to me today, but. when i died with the new character and I hit re spawn - I appeared back with my old character where id left himSeems like during hot fixes and possible de-syncs the server is sometimes creating a separate entity instead of loading the old one. randir14 7 Posted July 14, 2012 I had two characters a couple days ago. I thought the problem was fixed because I started only playing as one of them no matter the server I joined. Then this morning I was killed by someone at the NW airfield, and instead of respawning as a new character it turned me into my old secondary character who still had all his loot.
