how to group?

is there a way to invite friends to group? or at least to spawn next to each other? or we have to enter same server and try to meet ingame?

Start on the same server and meet up.

Also would be a good idea to use teamspeak or vent to communicate as broadcasting ingame will let everyone close enough to hear what your doing. Was in the supermarket in Stary a week ago with my buddy talking on vent. All of a sudden I started hearing other people describing my gear and my buddies. They couldnt hear us so we planned our escape and left clean.

You'll have to find a spot in the game and run there by foot.

There's no way to make a "group" or spawn near one another.
