dayz_ext.pbo in torrent, but not in six launcher

Well I still can't get into any server with out the "Server is runing incorrect version of dayz" message, but I noticed that in the torrent for 1.7.2.3 there are 15 files (dayz_ext.pbo.dayz.bisign being the extra 15th file), but the six launcher update only has 14 files and doesn't have that particular file included. Doesn't seem to matter if I have it or not, I still can't play... but am a bit curious what that's about, and which one I should be using the torrent or the six launcher version.
