I come across a town and I can only like go in houses that have doors open while the rest, mostly the whole town are closed.

Anyway to open them?

Nope, and this is an Arma II Feature and will never be fixed so long as the game remains as a mod running from Arma II or any of it's expansion packs.

Something like 80% of buildings you cannot enter.

Arma III on the other hand... supposedly Every building you can enter...3
