Can we stp patching on fridays?

Recommended Posts

Clusterfuck patches like this are to be expected in an alpha I suppose. Why do we keep doing this on Friday?

Out home server is MIA, every other one we try to join is "Wait for host" for eternity.

Can we stop breaking the game on Friday when people want to play the most?

(insert fanboy rants below)

We used to patch every day, but Friday is actually an idea time to patch because it will be the weekend therefor a lot of players will be on and we can receive feedback and track down all the bugs that occure.

You're right, some places it's Saturday. Point still stands.

I imagine we keep doing this on friday because that's when a lot of our testers log on; what better time to release code changes?

This is alpha testing...technically you are here to test the game and find bugs.

Well the problem with this is that we have to wait an entire week just to might maybe but probably not get the major bugs fixed, and a week after that again. What should be happening is minor bugs on Friday but major ASAP, I haven't played Dayz in two weeks because of the horrendous bugs that haven't been fixed, such as beer traps, terrible desync, and zombie behavior. I understand it's an alpha, but that's all the more reason to get this hotfixes out asap and keep the minor stuff & content to Fridays.
