Different Running Speeds

I noticed that one of my friends runs slower than everyone else. This happens in any kind of movement, he is just slower than me or anyone else we see running. Any ideas or input on what this could be?

side arm or primary?

You run faster with a sidearm, but you crouch-run faster with a primary... it's funny like that. Also, there are two types of running. The normal running with 'C' or the sprint with double tapping 'W', which is faster.

Also, after you've run for a while, your pace will slow down (probably due to stamina).

I noticed this the other day when i was running along side my friend,surely it is down to the weight of your characters items or the current weapon you have equipped, but then again it could simply be a bug.

I'm actually fairly sure this is caused by a poor framerate. I run with some people with good FPS, and some with bad FPS. The people with bad FPS are consistantly slower then the rest of us.
