playing on mac [i'm mac]

i'm new to this game(and to this community) and i was wondering how to play this game on mac.

my mac is a macbook pro with a mac os x lion 10.7.4

could any of you lads show me the way to play on mac? or the link to any guides out there?

Arma 2 isn't made for Mac so if you aren't running bootcamp or anything like that to install windows on your mac, which is very shitty and I don't recommend, you won't be able to play Arma 2 or DayZ.

Hey well if you Have to play in mac osx you Could try wine. however i Would not suddjest that At all what you need to do is get a copy of windows 7 and use bootcamp to dual boot windows you need to patition atlest 26 GB for windows.

Before I go spending money on a copy of Win7, is anyone successfully running DayZ on the high end Mac Mini (2011)?

I understand the low end model may struggle with its shared graphics, however the model I am using has 256MB descreet graphics. I have tried running Parallels and get 5-15 FPS and is unstable.

I don't mind spending the money and Bootcamping if need be (really keen to play this game), but want to know it will be playable before i do so. Specs below:

2.5GHz Intel Core i5-2520M

3MB L3 cache

500GB 5400rpm 2.5in SATA HDD

4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 RAM

AMD Radeon HD 6630M graphics with 256MB GDDR5 RAM
