How to attract zombies - Make a zombie buffet!

30 seconds long for the actual video. I lolled when I saw this. My friend died, I went to his body...watched for over 10 minutes...and you can see in the video. :P

That is the best zombie attractor!

^of course, zombies (at least currently) aren't actually attracted to blood in DayZ. It would be rather awesome (and realistic) if they were. But, one can pretend...sorta. ;P

Yeah, if zombies were actually attracted to blood...that would be rather awesome. Would make it harder, but more realistic. One can pretend though...I guess. ;P

At night they will go to road flares, slowly but surely...

Day (and maybe night, haven't tired) they will jump a smoke grenade like white trash on an ice cream truck.

You can sometimes use flares to distract zombies. My friend threw one when we were being chased, and all the zombies went to it. Hasn't happened again, though (but we don't use flares much)...so seems to be hit/miss. But yeah, flares and smoke grenades are definitely a TRUE zombie attractor. :P

Would it even be possible to add blood as a list of attractions? Not sure how that would work, or how easy it would be to implement.

Zombies aren't vampires... why would the be attracted to blood? They're attracted to flesh.
