What is the cause of my brief lag?

Well, whenever i run the game, it runs fine and i can run it on high graphics settings, but whenever i play i seem to get this 2 second screen freeze often no matter of what graphics setting i put it on. my computer:

4 GB RAM

2GB DDR Geforce gt 610

Intel Pentium Dual Core Processer 2.8Ghz

May not apply to you, but worked in my case. I turned off my McAfee real time scan while playing. If you have AV you could try turing off the real time scan, see if it helps.

I have the same issue. I will try turning off my AV next time I get a chance.

Six Launcher refreshes about 1000 servers every now and then, which can cause huge lags.
