DayZ_Server file - where do I get this?

As the title states, the server admins are apparently supposed to update this file on our server, but there's no info on where to get it. What gives?

I'm part of the server hosts Google group, but it seems that the devs are now abandoning that as well. Really frustrated with not being able to update my server due to a lack of communication on where to get all the files.

It's contained in the hive download. Look at the addon folder.
