I'm predisposed to trust you, but if you don't respond "friendly" I'll kill you on sight. Am I a bandit?

OP: In your eye's yes, If you do this too much you will get tagged as bandit if you kill survivors. Its just the name of the game. Im a Bandit becuase I'd rather kill someone than risk being killed. Shoot first, ask questions later.

When I dont have gear or if i dont care if i die I will help people out.

You can't trust anyone that says they are friendly. The only way to know they are friendly is if they give you a warning shot instead of killing you. Even then they could just be playing a game and plan to kill you later. I'm a bandit, I only trust my clan.
