@OP Server hoppers are annoying we know, rocket knows and everyone knows, i do find it rather funny that you knew what that guy was doing on another server, and didnt take into the account that he could climb up there, please elaborate.

Killing newbies isnt a good way to go, no matter what, sometimes it has to be done though, when you are really in need of food or such, but delibaretly going for noobs is bad, new players have bought the game, and they are basically learning the game, i guess one day you will come back with a post saying "you who shot me, FU" do to others what you want them to do to you. It might be the name of the game, but with the game on sale and people still learning about the game, it is not the name of the game, you dont wanna drop the playerbase right? if you do then that serverhopper(if he even was lol) did a really really good job.

Other than that OP, i will be looking for you...

Here is the main point. Your all morons. This is a SURVIVAL game. Too bad if you can't get geared out with the best shit before you get killed. Oh and too bad that people camp the spawn areas. Here is an idea. GET OFF THE COAST. Just because you spawn on the coast doesn't make it a "noob area". Expecially when Cherno and Elektro are two of three major cities that have medical supplies. Also, they both have high yeild buildings and decent weapon spawns. Obviously people are going to be camping it. Thats also why people come back to it after going north. They get sick of running around the woods for hours seeing no one. If you want a zombie game with no pvp, then your playing the wrong one.

So stop your crying and man up. I've been killed many times trying to get gear in Cherno or Elektro. Its part of the game. Too damn bad if you don't like it.

As for server hopping...yeah its annoying bud I know how you feel. I'm sure a lot of people do. Same with people who log out at the first sign of gunfire. What can be done though ? I'm not really sure there is going to be an easy fix for that. If there is a fix at all. At least one that won't screw over legit players as well...

You shouldn't have holed up on a rooftop, knowing full well that people can hop to another server and get behind you. It's the same argument people use to sue like, "I knew that cigarettes cause cancer, but I never thought it'd happen to me". If you're going to be a player killing butthole, at least do it intelligently.

Several solutions. The most sensible would be pvp specific servers, just about every game in history has realized being fucked over while trying to do something and having all your progress reset.. really sucks and just causes unnecessary complaining that can be solved by simply making pvp optional.

HAHAHA! I love that this! I do it on-top of the very tall mill in CTown. Sever hop getting the best loots from snipers. Wish I could loot your clothes! Funny because people like this are the first ones to log off when I shoot at them. Not that THIS is you, but it's what I see.

Why would you even want to turn off PvP in this game ? At this stage in the game, Zombies are nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Once you get a gun, they aren't even that. Expecially when you learn the tricks to getting them to deaggro. What would the point of the game be then ? Run around pretty much invincible shooting AI that has no chance ? WOW !! Thats fun.....

I'm not saying that in the future it would be a bad idea. Its just a bad idea right now. This game has a long way to go before PvP off servers would be worth playing on.

Here is why:

Go to a PvP off server and gear up with all the best shit and then log onto a PvP on server and kill people like crazy because they have jack shit and your group of 5 guys has .50 cals and M240/249s because you just farm spawns all days because lets face it....Zombies might as well not even be there. About the only time I see Zombies kill someone is when they're unconcious because they get shot by another player.

Players should not be able to outrun zombies. Zombies should not die unless you shoot them in the head. Major cities like Cherno, Elektro, Soln, and Berez....not to mention the air fields, should have far larger amounts of zombies. You should not be able to go through the major cities easily just because your sneaking. Those cities should have so many zombies that the only way to get in and out is to shoot your way in and out. OH !! and vehicle spawns and helo crashes should have MASSIVE amounts of zombies at them. All zombies in an area should aggro when ANY gun is fired.

Those things happen, I'd play none PvP servers on occasion.

btw this would also keep people from camping Cherno and Elektro as easily as they do.
