Can't run?

Sometimes my character just stop running and start walking instead, I can't double shift to switch back. It's VERY fucking annoying since it happens every time I'm scavenging stuff in a town.

You probably toggled it... Check your keybinds for what you have toggle walk/run bound to and then just tap that key again and vhola :).

possible that you're 3rd person and hit right click? will disable running but not scope in if you dont have the weapon raised

So just lower the weapon? It's pretty stupid since I don't even have anything. Couldn't get any guns because I keep dying from these "realistic" mechanics.

You have probably clicked the right mouse button with no weapon selected. So you are "aiming down sights" according to the engine with a flare or something!
