Just wondering what it is? If it is possible to get it to 0 are you invisible? :P

Seems logical to assume it is the distance in meters at which you will be spotted by a zombie if you are in their LoS.

However, logic is not always the measure of truth.

In other words that's just my best guess.

It is the distance at which a zombie will spot you yes. At night time it's pretty much 0. Sprint, crouch run, prone crawl. You'll see the Visibility number go down each time you change stances.
